Crisis Support

If you need urgent help

At Counsellor Hub, we help people connect with qualified counselling professionals. However, our platform is not a crisis service and we are not able to provide emergency or immediate mental health support. If you are in crisis, or you are worried about your safety or someone else’s, please use the urgent support services below.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger

If there is an immediate risk to life, call 999 straight away or go to your nearest A&E department. The NHS advises seeking immediate expert help for mental health emergencies, and emergency services are the right place for urgent, life-threatening situations.
