5. No therapist-client relationship with Counsellor Hub

Your use of this website does not create a therapist-client, medical, advisory, or fiduciary relationship between you and Counsellor Hub.

Any therapeutic or professional relationship is between you and the counsellor or service provider you choose to contact.

 

6. Crisis and urgent support

Counsellor Hub is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, you should call 999 or go to your nearest A&E department. NHS guidance says urgent mental health support should be sought immediately through emergency services or NHS urgent mental health routes when needed.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, Counsellor Hub is not a party to any agreement for counselling or therapy services entered into between a user and a listed professional.

If any payments are processed through the website in future, we may publish separate payment, cancellation, refund, or subscription terms. UK consumer law requires businesses to use clear and fair terms, especially for online consumer arrangements.
